looks like npower have paid me twice for my solar panels instead of once, how do i stand legally about this, do you think they'll notice?

Case law well establishes that payments made in error must be repaid. It would become theft if the recipient had the intention to permanently deprive the other of it. I would notify NPower that I had received the amount possibly in error and await their request for recovery.

Reg. for FIT Nov 2011. "It's not what you generate; it's how you use it that matters". One very clean Vauxhall Diesel Sri, £30.00 Road Tax: B)

Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).
