Renewables: "talking 'bout my generation"

Third consecutive day that my generation peak has hit 3599kW, I'm guessing that's my limit as imposed by the inverter, (given it's model number has 3.6 in it)?
Either way, I'm happy, as wasn't expecting such a figure due to my panels orientations.
Yes, limit often imposed by inverter.
Very impressive to get max output though on those panel orientations!
Guessing you have a fairly flat inclination?0 -

I had a combined 6.2kW peak output myself over the weekend, like yourself I did a double take as couldn't quite believe it. It put a nice smile on my face until I noticed I was "exporting" 5kW

I thought it to be around 30-35 degrees, solar installer documents have it at 40, but I don't think it's that steep.4kWp system (Feb 2014) : 1.5 SW, 2.5 NE (16x Bisol BMO/250, Aurora Power-One UNO PVI-3.6 Inverter : pvoutput.org/list.jsp?id=299350 -

Grrrr 4.84 Os. Would have cracked the Hawaii with room to spare, but got hit with a series of rainstorms from noon to 2pm.
Definitely suffering from serious H5O envy now. But tomorrow's forecast is a stunner (at the moment), so gimme, gimme!

My peak has hit 1,298.4 O's before now; not bad for a 2.5 kWp system: not wishing to steal your thunder......that would equate to 5,193.6 kW if it were a 4kWp system....:DMartyn1981 wrote: »Grrrr 4.84 Os. Tut, tut, even you are misusing O's now - that's kW/kWp, not kWh/kWpOscargrouch wrote: »My peak has hit 1,298.4 O's before now; not bad for a 2.5 kWp system

Quite so ! I'm sure Groovyf was referring to his peak generation in kW which (perhaps not surprisingly) was capped at the limit set by his inverter. That has nothing to do with his daily output in kWh and even less to do with any imaginary units that many find confusing.
There are quite enough units defined in the SI scheme without adding new ones.NE Derbyshire.4kWp S Facing 17.5deg slope (dormer roof).24kWh of Pylontech batteries with Lux controller BEV : Hyundai Ioniq50
