    Hi Martyn

I have replied to your 2 fabulous PM's.. Thanks so much. Re the Company, they have been fairly straight and rang me again tonight..some details in the pm to you...such poor weather, I can't see me doing anywhere near even the projection for December, but reassured to see you and your mega system fared not much better today. I will just have to be patient and get on that steep learning curve! Thanks again...and I have hit the green ticks after posts!

    Regards

I don't think you have an export meter ?!?
Do you mean a generation meter, something that started close to zero when the panels & inverter were first turned on ? It is the reading of that meter which gets you the FiT payment.

You obviously have some sort of gizmo that tells you what the inverter "thinks" it is generating and also can be programmed to express this in money..

I have such a gizmo but it is not to be trusted:desktop.png

Don't you just love the illustrated output - because it can in theory be used to monitor multiple inverters,

56.72 kWh WOW what day was that then.....:rotfl:

    Jan,
Have a look at http://www.suncalc.net/#/53.3421,-2.7297,12/2012.12.06/15:45 Put in your correct address, and you will see what time the sun hits whatever sides of your roof you have your panels..... don't faff around with compass readings etc..... coffee.gif

Get a second opinion from here:

The astra satellite is off to the East as it was launched to beam stuff into the EU.

I see Google has updated its aerial view of my installation to Spring 2013.

Not quite that bad ! Only 15 days till the winter solstice (potentially the very worst day) then another 15 days to get back to today's levels so in one months time it should start to feel better every day (apart alas, from those days when it's foggy or you have a layer of snow on the panels ! )
