Another milestone for me today in southern Devon. Total generation passed 7MWh since commissioning at the beginning of last year. #pleasedAre you for real? - Glass Half Empty??

Does based mean live? Cos if you are only based there, I would suggest you get PV on where you live......(sorry, based these days sounds more business like than live) I am sure you will get loads of technical support.
2.08 O's today what a baaaad day....2.5 kWp PV system, SSW facing, 45 Deg Roof. ABB Inverter, Monitor: 'Wattson'.
Reg. for FIT Nov 2011. "It's not what you generate; it's how you use it that matters". One very clean Vauxhall Diesel Sri, £30.00 Road Tax:
Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).0 -
Pleny of sunshine yesterday = 3.11 O's
Today's looking good too:T16 Sanyo Hit 250s.4kWp SMA 3.8kWp inverter. SW roof. 28° pitch. Minimal shade. Nov 2011 install. Hybrid car. Ripple Kirk Hill. N.E Lincs Coast.0 -

You think you had a baaaaad day... what about me.. 2.06 O's yesterday0 -
Nearly wall to wall sun today, managed a healthy 4.625 O's. Cooked my chicken dinner, 2 lots of dishwashing, washer and dryer for good measure.
Set me wondering about whether it'd be worth installing a hot water tank and then adding something along the lines of an immersun or similar. Has anyone actually done this, Installed a HW tank alongside a combi boiler and then switch the combi to CH only?

As with all it was nice day. Unfortunately due to the tree at 12pm my system achieved 0.79 kwh. After 12pm shade clears and ended the day 9.52 kwh / 3.17 O's. Supposed pretty pleased.0

I really would look at doing a midnight sabotage on that tree if I were you. Sorry mate but that's diabolical. My 2kWp ESE had racked up 5.5kWh by that time meaning yours should easily have generated another 7-8kWh. Time to get tough me thinks:cool:2 kWp SEbE , 2kWp SSW & 2.5kWp NWbW.....in sunny North Derbyshire17.7kWh Givenergy battery added(for the power hungry kids)0 -

Point me at it, I'm on a roll! Friday was the 6 week anniversary of my boxing trainer rearranging my ribs - been a very boring month and a half. So Saturday was the final morning for our 50ft Silver Birch - which we fell out of love with somewhere around the 30ft mark.
Thanks to my scarily over enthusiastic, chainsaw wielding, pensioner, neighbour, we now have a large stack of logs, sitting (ironically!) under the gorgeous Magnolia that we haven't been able to see properly from the house for about 10 years.
Unfortunately, the weather wasn't too kind today, so not able to see if it's improved generation on the ickle 1.2 ESE system, but can't imagine it's done any harm.
Last week (or so) of generation has dragged Sept estimated close down from 107% to 99% (if rest is average). Still can't grumble, been a tremendous summer, and time to submit my FiT claim.
Mart.
Edit: Tunnel - regarding other thread, get yourself some turkey legs for the slow cooker. Just slap a giant one in, with some foil to keep it in the juices, pop it on low, then come back 3 or 4 hours later for a very healthy meal, and no need to chew or gnaw. M.Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

Only 0.2 O's difference, what are you worried about..As with all it was nice day. Unfortunately due to the tree at 12pm my system achieved 0.79 kwh. After 12pm shade clears and ended the day 9.52 kwh / 3.17 O's. Supposed pretty pleased.
Not wishing to take the P but; you did 3.17 O's and I only did 3.8 O's today. You are used to bad results, I am not.Who do you think is most worried........
