Well that was my worst December ever, a massive 63.9% under PVGIS. The year as a whole was reasonable, 9.3% above.
2kWp Solar PV - 10*200W Kioto, SMA Sunny Boy 2000HF, SSE facing, some shading in winter, 37° pitch, installed Jun-2011, inverter replaced Sep-2017 AND Feb-2022.

    0.49 Os today.

Can't do pvgis data as I've not signed up to that, but it looks like my electric bill for December is about £5 excluding standing charge - due to exports, wheel of fortune spins and saving sessions.

I looked at it on my phone and decided it needed too much info to do it there and then especially on a phone

right, had a play with PVGIS, estimates seem a bit off - not sure if that's because I've got optimisers installed

supplier estimated 3110 kWh per year, PVGIS reckons 1614 kWh

I've used the same values for pitch, azimuth etc and set it to on roof, plus even dropped the system loss from 14% to 10% (although that doesn't make much of a difference).

Using PVGIS-Sarah2 database and Crystalline Silicon as the type (it is Monocrystalline PERC according to specs).

Estimate for December is 22.47 kWh, actual was 54.6 kWh
Estimate for November is 32.90 kWh, actual was 130.4 kWh

0.78 O's today, puts me ahead of PVGIS to start the year, so no complaints.

That sounds like there's something wrong the PVGIS calc. The results are usually much closer than that.
PVGIS azimuth isn't compass degrees, it's degrees from south. Have you told it your panels point north by accident?

Ahh, that might be it. I also use solcast which I assume is the other way around, unless I got that wrong too!

December estimate now comes out at 113 kWh Vs 54.6 kWh actual

November estimate now 140 kWh Vs 130.4 kWh

Finished the month on a good day, well just above average anway, 0.85 O taking Decembers return to 73% of pvgis, 19.06 O's. Hoping for a better start to '24!

Happy to record a whole O for yesterday, so a touch above ave(0.86) for Jan. As for today, inverter still showing a zero total although four panels are suggesting 0.25 Wh's each so thank goodness batteries got topped up last night.

    2023 figures
    Generated        9255 kWh's, 1045 O's, 102.1 % of pvgis.
    consumed 7408 kWh's = 80%, Export 1847 kWh's.
    Imported 4208 kWh's.
    Total Consumption = 11616 kWh's of which ASHP's 1581, DHW 1351, Towel rads 1496, EV's 3174.
