Renewables: "talking 'bout my generation"

Another good day, 2.03 O's and third best Nov generation since install. Currently 20% up on PVGIS v5, looking at the forecast for tomorrow then, while possible, it'sunlikely to grab second spot.

Took part in todays saving session but as not yet gaining an Export Mpan gave that side a miss as last time despite exporting a kWh no credit for it was granted. If our Mpan does arrive in time then perhaps we can try again in a future session.

Edit. Just checking yesterdays grid import between 17.00 & 18.30 hrs the total was 0.067 kW's so will struggle to improve much on that during today's session!

1.4 O's on a sunny but very cold day here in Barnsley.

The battery was full of sunshine (and a bit of leftover night-time boost) at 3.30 this afternoon, so used the grid until 5.00 so I could export as much as possible in the SS. Tea was a pre-planned quick cook at 4.50, reheated a tub of veggie chilli in the "dinger" for 4 mins, tipped it into an oven dish that had a pack of cheesy doritos in the bottom, bit of grated cheese on top and 2 mins under the grill. On the table at 4.59 as a share bowl for me and hubby.

I suggested candle light but got "the bloody energy police are at it again" look, so we may have lost out on around 80w of possible extra export

Against the odds then second spot achieved following another good day at 1.85 O's bringing total for the month to 41.6 O's some 26% above average.

Yesterdays savings session consumption was 0.011 kW's so an enormous saving of 56 W's. Can't wait for the payback to come rolling in.

Just 0.78 O's today. Sun didn't arrive until about 11:30. Total for the month was 29.7 O's which is 110% of PVGIS and slightly less than last year (111%).
