That might be the highest figure I've ever seen, personally I've never quite reached 7. What's the spec of your system and your location?
    9.84kwp, 8kw inverter
    Sunny south Yorkshire
I’m pretty sure it isn’t the location that’s the key to that huge performance, although I’m not that far away and we did have our best day for 2 years. A near neighbour with a south facing roof only did 6.6 Os yesterday. Do you have Solar Edge?
    Nope SunSynk inverter

    New install this spring
Perhaps new panels are getting more efficient. Reading around following the discussion on the solar in the news thread I had read newer panels suffer less drop off at higher temperatures than older ones.
Northern Lincolnshire. 7.8 kWp system, (4.2 kw west facing panels , 3.6 kw east facing), Solis inverters, Solar IBoost water heater, Mitsubishi SRK35ZS-S and SRK20ZS-S Wall Mounted Inverter Heat Pumps, ex Nissan Leaf owner)

A meagre 6.4 O's here, but that is six Maidens in seven days, reminds me of a film title, so now at precisely half of the best ever monthly figure of May 2020. :)

    I have 16 x 300w panels  in two arrays of eight facing E - W on a 22 degree pitched roof.
I've had this system for four years and am seeing record results this year. I've had more than 30 kwh's for the last four days - 34 being the highest. Prior to this year my record was under 30.

When my system was fitted in May 2019 the installer didn't tighten the inverter to battery connection properly and the cable burnt out in January this year. I finally got a replacement inverter and set it up on 23rd May this year and have been seeing better results than previous years. I can now also make use of the 9.6 battery storage too.

I found it strange that the panels were producing better despite being four years in use.
