    Pretty good month, 11.4% above PVGIS and one of my best Octobers.
    2kWp Solar PV - 10*200W Kioto, SMA Sunny Boy 2000HF, SSE facing, some shading in winter, 37° pitch, installed Jun-2011, inverter replaced Sep-2017 AND Feb-2022.

    October started well and I was ahead of PVGIS, but a poor last 10 days has meant I ended the month at 95%

    Was doing well until mid-day then it all went very dark 2.0 & 0.5 O's - Oct PVGIS total 102.5%
    2 Separate arrays, 7 x JASolar 380w panels (2.66kWp) south facing, 4 x JASolar 380w panels (1.52kWp) east facing, 11 x Tigo optimizers & cloud, Growatt SPH5000, Growatt 6.5kWh Hybrid battery (Go-live 01/12/21) - Additional reporting via Solar Assistant.
  • 1.75 O's today, just in time for the dishwasher and 2 loads of washing to go in.
    Peak time avoided yet again.
    4.3kwp JA panels, Huawei 3.68kw Hybrid inverter, Huawei 10kw Lunar 2000 battery, Myenergi eddi, South facing array with a 15 degree roof pitch, winter shade.

    The book says. PV solar array is not properly isolated from ground earth. I believe its because water is getting into some part of the system. 

    Certainly needs 1 of the panels being taken off and all the connections checked. May require some cable being replaced. Looking at where we have identified the problem it may have been caused by Squirrels. We have had a few Drey's over the years under 1 of the panels. 

    Trying to find someone who can investigate and solve the problem for me. 

    We had 3 days in February with no production and the problem went away. Came back this month. Easy to see on the chart as the chart shows it as a line on zero.

    Lots of rain last night, but the system is producing power now.

    1.75 O's for yesterday. October's generation was 129% of PVGIS at 425kWh. I'm sure that will be the last month of the year where we generate more than consume.
    6.4kWp (16 * 400Wp REC Alpha) facing ESE + 5kW Huawei inverter + 10kWh Huawei battery. Buckinghamshire.
