26.8kWh imported at an av. 30.61p

Also reporting a good start to October with 3.62 O's.
    September stats
    488kWh generated - 91% of PVGIS
313kWh exported at an average of 28.6p
25.5kWh imported at an average just below 30p. Most of this was on days when export prices were 60p or more.

Gas was 189kWh for water and, sadly, the last 3 days where some heating was required. With gas going up and electricity coming down (on windy days) October will see more immersion use, but probably a lot more heating.

    6.4kWp (16 * 400Wp REC Alpha) facing ESE + 5kW Huawei inverter + 10kWh Huawei battery. Buckinghamshire.
  • 3.7 O's yesterday, that's a decent start. I'm very hopeful to stay as close to off grid as possible for Oct.
    Clock changes looming though.
I also failed to identify a giant oak tree that's right in the autum/winter path of the sun that reduces solar from sunrise to about 9am.
Here's hoping the leaves fall soon.
4.3kwp JA panels, Huawei 3.68kw Hybrid inverter, Huawei 10kw Lunar 2000 battery, Myenergi eddi, South facing array with a 15 degree roof pitch, winter shade.

I didn't consider how much my neighbours house blocks the sun after about 6pm, can't really wish that upon them though  :D

Strangly enough, the house  a few doors up that has the mamouth oak tree is up for sale. I could buy the house, cut down the tree and sell it on again. If only oaks weren't protected.
Would solve that issue though 😂

    A Lovely Sunny day here.

Was looking like it would be my best ever October day. Sadly not with clouds rolling in this afternoon. Oh and next door and there usual shadow that moves across the roof.

House built at a slight angle and a few feet higher causes the problem. I did say to our neighbours when we had panels installed that I was thinking of planting a load of C4 around the house to solve the problem. Knowing it was going to prove a problem from the survey was why we went down the SolarEdge route. So glad we did.

Just finished production with 19.65 kWh 4.94 O's 3rd best October day out of 250 (Best 2/10/15 21.029 kWh)

Managed 4 loads of washing. 3 dried on the line 1 in Tumble Dryer all using free Energy and 6.41 kW in the I-Boost
3.795 kWp Solar PV System. Capital of the Wolds

  • 3.03 O's which has been very handy. Even indulged in heating the water with the immersion instead of oil.
