What wattage do you typically see when the inverter cuts off? Mine appeared to generate all the way down to 4w.
4.29kWp Solar system, 45/55 South/West split in cloudy rainy Cumbria.

Hiya, I don't know how low mine go, and it'll vary by inverter make and model (I assume), but I think I'm right in saying that they seem to operate down to levels quite a bit lower than the minimum that they need to start up. And with UK weather, especially at this end of the year, every last W and Wh helps.
Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

For general PV advice please see the PV FAQ thread on the Green & Ethical Board.
