Dec closed at a sad 80% and 11.3 O's.
Imported 241kWh and consumed 297kWh.
2018 was a good year, second best, with 4,564kWh and 818 O's, 104% of target.
Total consumption = 3,145kWh's
Total import = 1,753kWh's
Total export = 3,172kWh's (70%)
Total gen to date 30,594kWh's, or 5.48MWh/kWpMart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 28kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

As a comparison, from up in the Welsh Valleys:
Best year so far, only 2.4kWh off PVGIS yearly estimate.
Nearly the best December @ 112.6% of PVGIS estimate.
Used 84.8 % of generation in December.
71.69% of imported energy at the 5p/kWh rate on Octopus Go Tariff, giving us an average cost of just 7.554p/kWh for all imported electricity in December.
Gas use down by over 30% compared to last December (mainly helped by the milder weather & using the heat pump more).0 -
As per usual; best day this month...0.4 O's.....2.5 kWp PV system, SSW facing, 45 Deg Roof. ABB Inverter, Monitor: 'Wattson'.
Reg. for FIT Nov 2011. "It's not what you generate; it's how you use it that matters". One very clean Vauxhall Diesel Sri, £30.00 Road Tax:
Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).0 -

Actually managed 0.86 Os yesterday, which is a half-decent result but only 79% of Jan PVGIS. I've only beaten January PVGIS twice in seven years, which is not surprising considering my telegraph pole shading issues in the winter.2kWp Solar PV - 10*200W Kioto, SMA Sunny Boy 2000HF, SSE facing, some shading in winter, 37° pitch, installed Jun-2011, inverter replaced Sep-2017 AND Feb-2022.0
