Hi guys,
I'm quite new to this, I had solar installed in March 14th, to date I have produced 2795Kwh and my system is 4.56Kwp, I'm hoping that I will be able to produce at least 4000, I'm in northern Scotland (Moray) and my roof is fairly shallow, at a guess I would say 30-35degrees but I'm not sure, my roof faces 200 degree so just a little off due south slightly towards the west, is anyone able to give me an idea of how much lower my generation will be over the next 6 months as opposed to the previous 6 months?
Also, can I ask....What are "O's"?0 -

Run a quick search on 'PVGIS4' or 'PVGIS5' (latest beta release), either should turn up results linking to a tool which will provide a breakdown of generation by month.

Hiya. I had a quick play on PVGIS using the info you posted, but you can be more accurate as I just stuck a pin in Moray. Here are the monthly generation estimates based on an average year, so obviously expect them to vary depending on the weather.

Thanks very much everyone, hopefully I will meet my target...I do have a wee spreadsheet for my generation I do record O's too, I also have gone on to timeanddate.com and recorded the number of Kwhs generated per hour of daylight (time between sunrise and sunset) unfortunately the nearest location to me is Inverness which is about 50 miles or Fraserburgh, which I would say is about this same distance away. Does anyone else measure their generation against daylight hours?0

Aright M0ney! Nice to have someone else up this neck of the woods for me to compare against.
I think you`ll find the PVGIS estimates quite accurate across the duration of a year!3.975 kWp System, South facing, 21 degree pitch, 15 x Canadian Solar Elps, Samil Inverter, location NE Scotland (Fraserburgh) Bring on the Sun :beer:0 -

There's probably a couple of local(ish) systems to compare your generation to on the PVOutput website ... have a quick search for - 'pvoutput solar monitoring & comparison' ..
Have a look into teams & select the United Kingdom then select Map & zoom in on your area ...
