That’s interesting, thank you. Who is your FiT provider?

I am new to this and have yet to submit my first FiT payment application and noted the 2 month delay on yours. I was anticipating some sort of delay like this from my chosen provider Good Energy. I did however see on the FiT payment thread that Eon had made a payment almost instantly. (Apologies if this query is on the wrong thread).

Back on topic how many panels/what Kwp do you have?

I am with Good Energy for FIT and submitted mine 21/06 and it was in the bank 22/08.

EON are the best but they only accept you for FIT if they are your Energy provider.

I am also with Good Energy for FIT. This is only my second payment, so I am new to all this too. I have 8 panels, they were installed in 2015 and I think they generate 2kwh in total.

My chimney and aerial are just next to the panels, one panel has bird poo on, not sure if its worthwhile moving the aerial.

Definitely I'd say, either that or cover it in spikes so the larger perishers can't sit up there and leave large deposits on your panels. Our's is placed well away from the panels but unfortunately right above the pavement by the back door. So I appreciate your problem only too well, hence the bit about spikes on the aerial, and no they didn't affect the signal it seems!
Like yourselves a newby to the FIT scheme and have yet to send in our first reading.

BG have been appointed our server for this, our energy supplier not taking part in it.

It will be interesting to see how long they take to complete the process and for a cheque to arrive with us.

On the generation front, a good day 4.3 O's and 18.7 kWh of which diverted to our Leaf. Can it get much better than.:D

I am with Eon been with them from day 1. Not with them as an Energy supplier now as they are too expensive; for FIT payments, they are the best, normally 5 working days..:D..:j...3.76 O's today, a mix of sun and cloud...coffee.gif
2.5 kWp PV system, SSW facing, 45 Deg Roof. ABB Inverter, Monitor: 'Wattson'.
Reg. for FIT Nov 2011. "It's not what you generate; it's how you use it that matters". One very clean Vauxhall Diesel Sri, £30.00 Road Tax: B)

Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).
