It's time you nice folk down below me had some more snow, last time the south had snow my readings went through the roof....i'd like more of the same please:D
Anyone see the RPI this time out for December, we're expecting a nice 2.7% rise come April...that's better than the BoE base rate though.

This is the first time I've looked at this thread, my panels were installed in late December and I only got a view of my panels' power production yesterday after the supplier enabled the website for me (although I could look at the units installed, the webapp makes things a lot easier to understand).
So, in light of all that, forgive me for asking, but what are some of the things that forumites describe? What is Hawaii, what is Maiden and what is measured in "Os"?
Today is sunnier than yesterday (10.6kWh produced so far) and there is still an hour and 10 minutes until sunset!0 -

An "O" is worked out from dividing the kWh produced in a day by the size of your system. So 10 kWh generated in a day on a 4kW system would be 2.5 O's.
An Hawaii is 5 O's and a Maiden is 6 O's. See Oscar's sig for full details.0 -

1st time I have had 8 hours of production this year and in over 2 months. :j
Would be great if we could get the same the morrow!
Just have to divert the predicted snow! :rotfl::D:rotfl:3.795 kWp Solar PV System. Capital of the Wolds0 -
0.21 O's yesterday! Unless the sun comes out, this will probably turn out to be my worst month ever since install!!
Well 18 days into the month and only reached a 1/3 of PVGIS so like you this is on course to be my worst month ever unless there is a substantial upturn in the weather which doesn't look like there's any chance of that!0 -
0.37 O's yesterday! Still only at 25% PVGIS for month!. :eek:3.96 kWp System, SSE Facing, 30 Degree Pitch, 12 x 330W BenQ Panels, Solar Edge Inverter, Lincoln, Lincolnshire. Installed 26th May 2015.0
