  • Well I missed this months target of 330 kwh by 1.25 kwh so pretty pleased with that. My system has been installed for just over 2 years and with monthly savings and FIT I have made £2,200 so am slightly ahead of my 6 years 6 month target of breaking even
  • Wattson gives 2.26 O's for today...:(..coffee.gif
2.5 kWp PV system, SSW facing, 45 Deg Roof. ABB Inverter, Monitor: 'Wattson'.
Reg. for FIT Nov 2011. "It's not what you generate; it's how you use it that matters". One very clean Vauxhall Diesel Sri, £30.00 Road Tax: B)

Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).

    On off day.

    2.89 O's

    104.6% of estimate.

My worst 3rd quarter of 4 years. July - Sept

For the 9 months of 2017 I am at 110.8% of Estimate.
For the 9 months of 2016 I was at 113.3% of Estimate.
For the 9 months of 2015 I was at 120.9% of Estimate.

    Still a good year!

Will need 122% of Estimate for the last 3 months of 2017 to make 4 MWh's for the year.

We got 92% of pvgis which pretty much reflected the month, started off dull, went downhill.
    I think....

Ok Sept, got 394.8kWh v's target of 379kWh, so about 104%. Previous years range from 347-443kWhs.

Import was 104kWh, with total household consumption of 204kWh, so only used 25% of PV generation ..... starting to think - battery!
Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

For general PV advice please see the PV FAQ thread on the Green & Ethical Board.
