Bit up & down over the last couple of days; over a Maiden on Friday, followed by just over an O yesterday.

Good start to today though with over 2kWh already generated by 10AM,from our West facing panels, with the sunlight bouncing off the clouds.

Need some advice from IBoost users: not that I am fortunate enough to have an Immersion Heater to use one, but; my daughter has just had one fitted.
She finds that when she uses hot water in the morning for a shower etc. the water is not hot; so, puts the gas boiler on for 1/2 an hour to heat up the water.
IBoost then only diverts 0.7 kW to Immersion during the day. Any ideas what the workaround is? Apart from the obvious...:D..coffee.gif

Is the Element at the top of the tank or the bottom?.
There is an adjuster on the immersion element thermostat, it is a small disc that is adjusted by a screwdriver blade.
Mine runs from 40 to 70 degrees, wind it round to 70.
Temperature is nothing to do with the iBoost. It will simply divert until the thermostat tell it not too.
Does the display on the iBoost say "Water Hot".
It will say "water heating off" when there is not enough power to divert or "heating water" when there is.
