It will be okay, trust me...1.4 O's today. Need £741.36p. in FIT payments to cover Install Cost. Should easily make that by 22nd. August '17 (3rd Quarter of FIT); 'Pay Back' quote was 6.5 years incl. of lecci saving: so in 5.75 years, should have 'Pay Back' and Lecci savings as interest! Total profit from thereon 19.25 years! ...:j:j:beer:...Oh NO!!! Just seen March Estimate!!!:eek:

Ouch! February hurt. Only got 121.2kWh, or 74% of target. Worst % ever apart from the unusual Nov & Dec 2015 months.
Import was 157kWh, so about right.
Now at the end of my 4 bad months, and the E/W system improves dramatically. Feb target was 163kWh but March leaps to 340kWh, and April 509kWh.Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

Worst ever month for me in the 20 months I've had the panels (percentage wise) with only 78% of PVGIS.
Weather forecast for the next week doesn't look brilliant either.0 -
2.20 O's yesterday, which helped me get to a total of 122 kWh!! PVGIS target 185 kWh!! Last February i produced 199 kWh!! Have to agree with almost everyone else that Feb wasn't a great month.
My PVGIS 'forecast' for Feb is 158 kWh; actual last month was 130 or 17.7% below forecast.
However, it's not all bad news. I need to earn approx. £1 per day to replace the 'lost' interest from using ISA funds to buy the kit. Indeed, I think it's probably even less than that but checking current ISA rates is just too depressing
28 days in Feb means I needed £28; 130 units is worth roughly £65 so I'm probably nearly £40 up on the deal. Annoyingly down souf it was also a fairly chilly month so no inverse savings in energy bills like happened in the very poor Nov and Dec 15.I think....0 -
