We are not going to play this game any more

Keep smiling Jedski, the sun'll be out tomorrow - well, one of these tomorrows, maybe!

5.1 here, 0.1 above target, still, can't grumble, 5 nice looking days starting from tomorrow, according to the forecast, so at least the water butts will be nice and full. Again.

    Mart.

PS. Turns out it was Oscar laughing at you. He won't be laughing when you set your soggy ducks, and chucks on him. Hard to laugh when you've gone down with bird flu!
Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

For general PV advice please see the PV FAQ thread on the Green & Ethical Board.
  • Despite more than our fair share of deluges so far this month, we've notched up 6.5, 9.2, 6.3 & 6.6kWh over the last four days. PVGIS estimate is 4.2kWh/day so pretty happy with that. We certainly need it with the arrival of our 2nd daughter this week and all the extra washing that comes with newborns.

Congrats, that's really good news, I bet you're really proud.

PS. Well done on the baby too!

    Hiya Mart

You can not have a soggy ducks, water off a ducks back and all that!!!!. Can and have got soggy chucks though got plenty of them running around eating hot porridge today. Have plenty of organic fertiliser for the veg beds and water butts all full too. Everything ok in that department!!!

BUT WHAT ABOUT OUR SOLAR PANELS. WE WON THE BOOBY PRIZE FOR OCTOBER. WE WILL BE THE LAUGHING STOCK OF HERTFORDSHIRE IF THE LEAVES STAY ON THE TREES AND THE SUN DOES NOT COME OUT.

Oh well!!! Have plenty of eggs so must not grumble!!!! ;)

Very pRoud indeed, and pretty tired but not as much as Mrs SDJ.

In theory we should be able to utilise more of our generation (eg through daytime cooking) than last year when she was at work 4days and I worked from home.

Forecast is good for today, but not holding my breath.... they seem to get it wrong more often than they get it right ATM :(

    My target was 2,046kWh; todate Gen.= 2,451kWh with 18 days to go.

Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).
