Renewables: "talking 'bout my generation"

Pleased with 6.5 O's yesterday after a slow start. The one thing I noticed was that although it appeared hazy at times it was seemingly cloudless at others but my system didn't seem to go over 3.2kW. It normally maxes out around 3.7 on clear days. Do I have a problem or might it be haze / temperature related?16 Panel (250W JASolar) 4kWp, facing 170 degrees, 40 degree slope, Solis Inverter. If I remember rightly on working it out, 7.9 Os today.
Though my 3.99kw WSW only peaked at 3.5kW I suppose the heat degrades the efficiency.
31.521 kWh.....Was the figure from your Gen Meter or another device?...2.5 kWp PV system, SSW facing, 45 Deg Roof. ABB Inverter, Monitor: 'Wattson'.

Managed a best ever of 6.4 O's though. And finally above estimate (I know it's early in the month) by 7kWh
What does your normally max out at? My 4kW system usually stops at 3.7 but did not get near that yesterday.16 Panel (250W JASolar) 4kWp, facing 170 degrees, 40 degree slope, Solis Inverter. I've seen peaks of 3.7 kW in cold mid-day sunny weather in May. My split system should in theory give a flatter curve: lower peaks and longer evenings but I've found my best panels massively outperforming spec on occasions (over 350w)
A better comparison would be that at 12.00 today I was getting 1.7 kW. Last month similar sunny conditions were giving be around 2.4 - 2.8 kW.Install 28th Nov 15, 3.3kW, (11x300LG), SolarEdge, SW. W Yorks.
Install 2: Sept 19, 600W SSE

5.8 O's yesterday. Still over 7 O's short for the month (was ahead by nearly 4 O's at the same point in May).
I had peaks of 3.1Kw yesterday, compared to the max I have seen of 3.2Kw
Discussion has been around haze, but could it also have been due to dirty panels? I noticed something on the panels yesterday, it was getting dark and it looked like something from the trees?

Fair point. In the last week we've had rain containing a lot of dust which has left a coating on both my car and the panels.Install 28th Nov 15, 3.3kW, (11x300LG), SolarEdge, SW. W Yorks.
