Do you have to keep checking the inverter daily to see if it works?
Hiya no we don't thankfully just had a problem pairing up the inverter with a new router yesterday.Oscargrouch wrote: »Hope it wasn't RCD problems like I get about 3-4 times a year...;)
No it wasn't Oscar we had the inverter switched on but it kept reading "waiting" as that is where the inverter stopped when we were trying to pair it with our new router. The installers were great and came along yesterday afternoon and took the casing off the inverter and put the router password in like that instead. Something we were not happy to do. As our Geo monitor was recording our generated leccy we thought the inverter as switched on was still operating but it wasn't. Lucky for us we didn't run the dishwasher or washing machine all day. So import was still ok but a little higher than we would have liked as we were using an electric saw for half of the day. Oh well. Lost about 10kWh we reckon. Must remember that when we get to the end of the month when totalling up cos that 10kWh could keep us under PVGIS target and we don't want that do we? :rotfl:
Thanks guys
