Whilst you're there, you may as well ask them if there is a software upgrade for your inverter, they'll apply it over the wires. Better for security and if any new toys feature in the upgrade you'll get to play with them!!!

I have used the online support to ask for the API, no response just yet, but normally they take about 3 or 4 days. Had a few tickets with them before and had good responses from them.
