Surely 8 has got to be an OctOpus

BTW what is an O and how do you guys know how many you are getting? From your meter / inverter or have you purchased additional kit to measure it?

    Courtesy of Oscars signature:-;)

Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).

OctOpus ....... Nice! I can envisage a fun vote, if anyone ever gets one, I'm sure it's possible with a tracker.

An O is simply short for kWh/kWp. Actually named after Oscar who wanted to compare generation to size of systems.

Remember, the proper term is kWh/kWp, an 'O' is simply an in-joke on here and will mean nothing to anyone else.

To work it out, just divide your days generation by the total size of your system. And that's panels, not capped inverter, no cheating allowed.

And I'm currently on 3.43 Efficiency for today, which sounds rubbish

    Shows what they know Oscar!!!

    What I really have is 3.43 ho's

    5 O's today or 20.1Kw

Pretty much blue sky all day.

189 Kw is this months target and 2 more days like today and that's in the bag.

Storage heater (2.7Kw) is far too hot to touch. What is this I read on another thread the 50% export will disappear when you have a smart meter fitted and the export quantity will be what you actually export and not an assumed 50%?
