2.5 kWp PV system, SSW facing, 45 Deg Roof. ABB Inverter, Monitor: 'Wattson'.
Reg. for FIT Nov 2011. "It's not what you generate; it's how you use it that matters". One very clean Vauxhall Diesel Sri, £30.00 Road Tax: B)

Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).

According to solaredge my SSW managed a healthy 2.75 O's, dunno about the ESE & WNW but it's been like a spring day in Autumn so should be ok. Er indoors had the washer and dryer all day so no doubt not much of what was generated escaped.emoticon-object-055.gif

. . . . Perversely, I'm hoping it will be dull tomorrow (Tuesday) ! We're having a planned outage whilst some cables are relocated. I've been promised a portable generator on site but last time that happened, supply voltage wasn't steady enough for inverter to synchronise to it. But fingers crossed we might end up with free power all day (we did last time) as it's much easier to connect the generator after the meter than it is to connect before it.
Predictably, we had brilliant sunshine all morning ! Electricians insisted they had to connect their generator before the meter (which caused them no end of work - serve them right !) rather than the easily accessible isolators at front of cabinet, so no free lecky.

We were re-connected at 2:30pm - rather sooner than I'd been expecting - and Solar panels shot up to 2kW almost immediately - then the clouds rolled across and within 10 mins or so we were back down to zero  A few glimpses of Sun totted up to 1.7kWh for the day.

I'd really like to have a go at claiming for my lost income (not hopeful but at least it will cost them a bit to tell me hard luck :D ). Is there anyone reasonably local to me who could share their daily figures for Mon, Tues & (later of course) Wed with me so that I can demonstrate a correlation for Mon & Wed then calculate my losses for today ?

Is it really worth it Eric?
If it helps though, my combined ESE & SSW(4kWp total) generated 10.5kWh yesterday and 10kWh today. Don't have a crystal ball handy so you'll have to wait for Wednesdays.
