I did take a look at them tonight and may be up the ladder tomorrow to hose off a load of bird Crap! and dust. Then again leave it till Friday and the rain should clean them.

Sterling, silly question perhaps but what are you doing with all your leccy, you're not diverting it and it's a lot to be gobbling up on household chores hour in hour out? I diverted 3.5kWh to heat my water did the dishwasher and worked from home on the PC all day and still exported 60%. is your Watson wired properly given the problems you described the other day?

Shame I only used 1/2 of it.......could do with a storage heater to put on now:think:

Much of it goes back to the grid. Happy to see 25Kw/h being taken out of the UK demand daily.

Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).

I think that you may be asking me.

The divert is not measured by the Wattson. Low down is:

    Generated energy 19.99 kWh
Generated energy used in place of electricity 11.10 kWh
Generated energy used in place of gas 7.62 kWh
Generated energy exported to grid 1.27 kWh

Wattson not accurate but very good indicator of state of play. Next week Smart Meters and Smart Gateway to be installed. I hope to get a more accurate grip on numbers.

People at home during day. Showers during day. Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.

But that is not what Sterling's chart is showing. Follow his link above. Export minimal, diverted nil, despite diverters unless I am mistaken, and used 94%. Just seems unlikely to me. And look at the month and diverted is nil and export is still very low at 19%.

I see numbers like that in winter or spring when diverting for space heating but not in summer. Just intrigued.

Just read Sterling's reply, so editing this. Looks like a good day then. I generated 27, diverted 3.5, used 10 and imported 2.5, leaving some 16 exported.

As long as your Watson is working properly...

If you look at Sterlings 'Wattson Anywhere', you will find he exports very little. The Divert button only works with the Wattson Optimmersion installed....Could it be that your device is telling you 'porkeys'?coffee.gif

    Exactly 3 ho's today.
Didn't even make the PVGIS daily average!!

Based on my weather forecasting skillz, I predict snow and sub zero conditions in the Corby area for tomorrow.
