Hi - Before I went bankrupt I was paying ppi on one of my credit cards and I'm pretty sure I was mis-sold it. I'm just coming out of bankruptcy now i.e. made solvent again. Can I still do a ppi claim?
Many thanks in advance

Since you will, presumably, no longer have a credit card, you will no longer have PPI on it - and you cannot claim on a policy that no longer exists.
If you mean complain - then you have given no basis on which to believe it was missold to you.
If it is found to have been missold that will mean a debt owed to you by the card provider been identified.
It will not, though, be a new debt. It will be one that arose while you still had a credit card - i.e. BEFORE your bankruptcy.
So the first thing the card provider will do it use it to settle any debts it was forced to write off when you were declared bankrupt.
If there is any left over, it will be passed to your Trustee in Bankruptcy to be distributed between your other creditors.0
