Genuine court papers arrived...

Options
So UKCPS has managed to send me what appears to be a geniune claim form via MCOL.

I decided to take the ignoring approach to the ticket issued to me last year. Several months later (after about 5 letters) they have actually issued court papers against me, with a unique password for online access. AND P Haswell (hasbeen) listed as the claimant.

Of course I am going to dispute it, since I actually have to respond now. Just hoping for some reassurance from others who've done the same thing. Once I've defended the claim, what's going to happen next, etc?

Much thanks
Fnerp

PM me if you want help/advice. The idiot has been busy, but every case I have seen so far that he has issued looks like a certain loser. We would like to keep account as the objective will be to get him disqualified as a vexatious litigant.

    Fnerp,

GivethemFA can be trusted so do take up his offer to PM him.

Watch out for PM's from people as Peter Hasbeen, the UKCPS teaboy has been known to PM people and offer help, ask for info and then use that against people.

Finally, don't discuss your case on the forum until after the hearing. You have not listed much detail about your case so keep it at that level.

Could I also suggest pepipoo.com, no disrespect to posters here but they may have a different slant on it.

Rest assured, Peter, that GivethemFA will give you some very sound advice indeed. Good luck and keep your wits about you on here - walls have ears if you get my meaning.

Yep, I know this but I'm a great believer in getting a wide range of advice.

Yes post on pepipoo also, as it is imperative to nail Mr Hasbeen, and show him up as a vexatious litigant

From my contact with the OP I think dear Peter has bitten off more than he can chew with this one. As usual.
