Though remember it kicks in when you are on the phone, so if you are busy on a call and your caller has to pay for calls they can get mighty annoyed at being charged 6p+ each time to find you are busy, when a free busy tone would have been more desirable. Same if you are a little slow to get to the phone. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0

All areas will list the same details.
Is it Virginmedia via the cable network you are interested in or VirginMedia via the BT network?
If via cable (xNTL/xTelewest) then you completely use their system, their Voicemail is accessed via 1571.
If is via the BT network (broadband is ADSL and phone service is CPS) then VirginMedia phone service only affects your outgoing calls, services such at voicemail, caller display etc are still provided by BT.It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc...
