Repaying my O/D

I have a £1400 O/D and since my hours are being cut next month at work I am gonna struggle more so I thought about leaving Lloyds and going with a basic bank at the Co-Op then explaing my situation to Lloyds and ask them to stop the account fees/interest etc and offer them a monthly fee to help pay off my overdraft.

As I am left with £60 I'm not sure if they would except anything less than that but still need some extra money to see me though the month.

Is there meant to be a question in there somewhere or are you just sharing your plans????
