All you can do is wait i am afraid, i would ring Halifax complaints number and put a complaint in about the length of time you have waited to receive your redress and how you have been fobbed off when you ring to enquire.
Tell them you will be taking this to FOS if they do not look at your claim and deal with this immediately.0 -
And interest (where appropriate) should be calculated up to the date of settlement in line with the FOS method of redress, not up to the date the Halifax upheld your complaint. You might want to mention that to them when you ring.0

See my threads - it seems like a common problem with the Halifax delaying payment - its a disgrace the way they are treating their customers. I had a letter from them dated the 10th Jan to say I have been successful in my claim...but I STILL havent had a cheque!
I have rang & rang the PPI number & complained to the Halifax on their complaints number (recvd £15 compensation) but PPI money still missing.
Today I have written a formal complaint to the Halifax.

It's strange that some people are waiting a long time for their cheque, I sent my PPI questionaire off to Halifax about 6 weeks ago, had a phone call from them about 2-3 weeks later to clarify a couple of points on it and had a letter from them last week saying that my complaint had been upheld and received my cheque yesterday :j. Off to the bank on Monday to pay it in which will clear about 70% of my debts!0
