I'm fairly sure the expected standard is to NOT drive down the pavement and therefore it is considered 'dangerous'?0 -

The definition of dangerous driving is basically down to the opinion of an officer trained in advanced driving skills.

You'd assume a lack of Police officer, so unless caught on CCTV, it'd be careless driving at best.0 -

It was caught on the garages CCTV.PSNI won't attend any accident that does not have injury's now.0
