I'm fairly sure the expected standard is to NOT drive down the pavement and therefore it is considered 'dangerous'?

You'd assume a lack of Police officer, so unless caught on CCTV, it'd be careless driving at best.

It was caught on the garages CCTV.PSNI won't attend any accident that does not have injury's now.
