How do you 'add on' to a previously left feedback ?

got my first negative feedback today - it was retaliation. Briefly, I bought a printer, it never arrived. I e-mailed the seller four times, no response. I tried telephoning the sellers number provided by ebay, no answer. So after three weeks I did a chargeback via paypal. The seller put in no defence or response. Paypal found in my favour and the money was refunded to my credit card. I left the seller negative feedback but it was polite ie no printer, no comms, refund via paypal. Now I've got a retaliatory negative saying printer despatched same day and I could have called ??? Anyway not going to waste time on this ..... but how do I do an add-on to the negative I received, and can I do an add-on to the negative I've already left him ? On his negative, first response was 'printer sent', then was an additional add-on ' could have rung' so it must be possible, I just couldn't see how to do it. Can anyone talk me through it ? Thanks.
