Evening gown shop online that is NOT in China!

Hiya I was wondering if anyone could offer some suggestions as my eyes are going blurry from sat looking at a computer screen for hours!
Basically my friend is getting married in April, it was only decided after christmas that April would be the date so we havent had long to get everything organised, anyway..... she has decided for the evening do she would like to change into a different whit evening gown, poss silk or satin, but something that she can dance in and not worry about people treading on or ripping her actual weding dress (which actually did happen at another friends wedding last yr!)
We have been scouring the internet for dress shops and the google search just comes up with all of those Chinese dress sites, some of which are dodgy contact wise etc etc, some seem fine but obviously even if she did order off then it wouldnt arrive in time now so that option is out.
We have tried all the usual places like Monsoon, Oasis, Tk maxx, Debenhams etc etc and we just dont know where else to look so posting on here to see if anyone else has any other suggestions? She isnt looking for a made to measure dress as it wont be done in time, she would prefer the dress to be less than £100 but would be able to twist hubby to be's arm if there was something she really fell in love with.
Does anyone know any uk based hidden gems where we could look? Online Boutiques? or have any other suggestions?
Any help would be appreciated!
Oh and she definately would like it to be white, poss with abit of bling, floor length preferrably but doesnt mind shorter lengths and is a small size 16 (if that makes sense lol)

She has been looking online but I have suggested she look in the local bridal shops but she said they would be too expensive or they wont have what she is looking for.
Were down in Cornwall so were pretty limited in abundance of places to look!
here is the drss she fell in love with but it as on a site where the dresses are made in China so something similar or in that sort of style would be great but we would be open to suggestions.
