Hi,
Can I just ask if offer letters for redress and cheques are sent by recorded delivery or by normal post. My 8 weeks are up next week and there is a recorded letter waiting for me at the PO. But I cannot pick it up until Saturday.:mad
PS This is for Lloyds TSB

You could ring them up if you have an acknowledgement reference to ask if they've sent you a letter.Hi,

Remember, even if you've won re-dress, the letter will only be to inform you so.
Any cheque will only be issued after you formally accept any redress.
Saturday is only two days away!:cool:0
