I just got a high bill of them the other day for dual fuel (premier plus) so I am also looking for a utility compnay that is cheaper. I rang thme the other day about the bill and trying to make energy savings they werent all that helpful either.

    mmmm.....
Have had Atlantic for soemtime but can't say they are very helpful or quick!
Scottish Power - Partner with them and she has had problems too!
Been with British Gas and Powergen before - neither were great rates, but BRitsh Gas were probably the best service I have had!

Don't think there is such a thing as a good supplier in the energy business!

Been with BG for ages but from what I have seen on here the past few days (my thread included) there are an awful lot of problems out there at the moment regarding high fuel bills. There has been price hikes in the past year so I think it could be to do with that and from what i've just read on CEEFAX they may be going up again!

BG have always been very good with me and tried to help but like they say if thats the reading on the meter then you've used it.

Ever get the feeling we are getting squezzed all the time. What with fuel costs, CT costs, water costs, and incomes increase at a much lower rate every year.
