It is in an Estate Agents, she said I could do extra hours if I wanted time off, dont think I would want to be put in the position of telling them about ACAS though if I get it

Looks as though they are treating part-time and full-time staff differently, to the detriment of the part-timers. That too is not lawful.0 -
