    Looks as though they are treating part-time and full-time staff differently, to the detriment of the part-timers. That too is not lawful.

    If it is a contracted time then I would accept the job, work there for a few months and then show them their duty for holiday pay...or wait until the end of the contract and show them....nice little windfall (may have to go through a tribunal!)
