She hasn't signed on since 9/2/12.

Has she been 'reset' by Eon for being too customer friendly? :A

    She's been assassinated by one of the other suppliers for raising the bar and making them work harder!

    Maybe she's been given the task of making their Direct Debit policy easier to understand. If so she'll be gone a while...

    Have any of the E.ON reps posted on here in the past few days I can't remember seeing any of them. Maybe they've all been reset :eek:

    Helena will be really pleased that she has her own MSE thread!

    She’s been off work for a few weeks now as she’s been unwell :(

    We all miss her too and hope she’ll be back with us soon.

    I’ll be sure to pass this on (and won’t tell Malc that she’s your favourite) ;)

    Does anyone remember the initial furore over when E.on first started having reps? I'm glad that people's initial reservations have been overcome and the reps have proven a useful help.
