Blackberry Curve 8520 - Help

My daughters phone was in her school bag & the top came off her juice & landed on the phone. The phone is still working, power etc, but the keys that unlock & move the curser on the screen are not working! Had over radiator for couple of hours last night, then overnighted the phone in rice, still nothing, not sure what to try next, any help appreciated
