Morning everyone
Love and hugs to those that are having a hard/sad time at the moment x
Thinking of the all those involved in the bus tragedy - the victims and those emergency workers who attended the scene, I can't begin to imagine how awful that must have been for everyone x
Happy Birthday Tru - hope you have a great day x
Dundedoll - rally is being held at Upper Largo - so not so far from you x
Misty and cold here this morning. Sun should get out later so will hang washing out on the line shortly.
Dinner last night was lovely roast chicken, mash, veg, gravy and LO yorkshires. Tonight we will be having gammon, egg, onion sauce, mash and peas - so much better doing a menu plan and sticking to it - at least I know what's going on. We will be having dinner before we go away tomorrow night and I'll take something for DH that he can eat once we arrive. Have the normal round of jobs to do, housework, washing, drying and ironing and this morning want to speak again to my friend re buses for the rally. Will also be going to the gym shortly - boys have been in an awful mood this morning so really need to go and pump so iron to get rid of my frustation!!
Need to go and crack on as also need to pack etc for the weekend.
Hugs to those that want/need them, keep safe and well x

Morning everyone,
Hugs and condolences to Jools and your family.
Hugs to LW, Molly and Beth.
Happy Birthday Tru.
Very foggy here this morning, I can't even see to the end of the street. Hope that it clears soon. Didn't bother to peg out the washing this morning as it would have come in wetter than it went out.
Going to a Jamie Oliver party tonight, i am determined not to buy anything but I will have to resist temptation.
Have a lovely day everyone.:)0 -

:bdaycake:Happy birthday, Tru!
Thanks evryone for your kind thoughts, may have had a glass of wine too many last night, so between that and the mind racing didn't sleep too well, so my head is thumping, but I will surely feel better than the family this morning. My landline isn't working, when I phone the number I get a wee man in the next street. Have phoned BT and waiting patiently for them to fix it, not a good time to have no phone! Washing is on, and am off out to send SIL some flowers or something, have a good day.RIP Iain

tru happy birthday
Feeling a bit spaced out today and my brain is all foggy, not good as I have an exam this afternoon. Going to have another coffee, put a wash on and wash my hair.
I had a bubble bath with a face mask and salt scrub last night and I worked out the products (all v nice bought on sale) I used cost me 70p. Now I know I could have DIY-ed everything for a bit cheaper but it was a really good pick me up, definitely better than any 70p alternatives I can think of(choc bar?). I read at work that people often cut out the little things first but those £5 a month treats often give us more enjoyment than the big things like a car over public transport, increased rent for a bigger house or meals out.Living cheap in central London :rotfl:0 -

Hoping Patch is having a good day today; good to read about him hopping onto his mum's lap, bless him. I shall be following his progress, and I'm sure when I tell Dylan, who will arrive tomorrow, he'll want to send good wishes.:o
Mr LW is wfh today, so I've made lasagne for our lunch, and we can nuke'n'eat the 2nd half tomorrow night, as he'll be on late shift tomorrow.;)If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0
