Anybody bought anything from Registon.co.uk?

This site sells Baby and also Health and Beauty products and claims to be a discount site. I came across it through Google Shopping and they are selling an item that is nearly £15 cheaper than anywhere I can find whilst a big company like Currys and 2 others are selling it £15 more expensive and saying that even that is with £5 off.

I am aware that often fraudulent companies use the Google Shopping results to lure people in with what seem like very cheap prices. The site looks pretty legit but it does not provide any phone numbers or even email addresses for contact only a web form.

I have done a WHOIS and it came up with an address in Bristol. There also seems no mention of this site anywhere else if I type it into Google. I would have thought if it was a Baby product discount site then some baby forums might have mentioned it but there is nothing.

Has anybody ever used this site and what are their experiences?

I can find one review on google (which is positive) but hardly conclusive. The site looks amateur rather than dodgy. The thing that would most concern me is that you can only contact them via email. There's no phone number or address (as you say).

I'd probably avoid but I'm fairly paranoid. Up to you.

Well I hadn't seen the review you found so I looked for it myself and clicked on the profile that had left the positive review, Margaret. She had only 2 reviews, the other was for another 'Health & Beauty' site called Muchalltons.co.uk on which 2 other people had complained the prices changed substantially as soon as they tried to order..then I came across a page on HUKD where people are saying the same and people are advising exactly what you have.

Muchalltons has exactly the same design format of Registon except in blue instead of pink and no contact information except a form. It seems extremely likely that these are scam websites and I suggest everyone to stay away from them.

I know the exact Bristol address. It's a company that rents out mailboxes.

Nothing wrong with having a mailbox address a lot of companies use them it does not mean that they are dodgy.

I have seen that company before i personally have never bought anything from them
