BEWARE - Fake / scam Skype upgrade emails

Recently received the following email:
Valued Skyper,

On behalf of Skype Inc, we sincerely thank you for your as-always trust and supports. As a valued customer, you can enjoy ever more enhanced features from "Get More Out Of Skype" (learn more at http://www.skype-voip-download . com).

What can you find in this upgrade?

+ Do amazing things for free: Voice and video calls to anyone else on Skype; Conference calls with three or more people; Instant messaging, file transfer and screen sharing
+ Call landlines and mobiles worldwide (for around 44 countries, and we are adding more soon)
+ Access WiFi hotspots without the hassle
+ Skype for iPhone: Now you can make Skype calls over 3G
+ Record all your calls: better than telephone quality

All you need to get up and running with Skype is…

+ A PC or Mac computer
+ An internet connection (broadband is best)
+ A webcam to make video calls

To learn more about this upgrade, please go to Skype Upgrade Center at: http://www.skype-voip-download [DOT] com/

Let's change the way we think of telecommunications.

Thank you

Cherie M Walford

The whois record states the domain is registered in Moscow
http://www.whois.com/whois/skype-voip-download.com and this is mentioned as a fake here http://blog.mxlab.eu/2010/09/14/malicious-spam-campaign-regarding-adobe-acrobat-2010-pdf-reader-and-voip-addons-for-skype/

The email doesn't contain my skype username or my real name.

The full domain, for the benefit of google searchers - DO NOT CLICK http://www.skype-voip-download.com

I have no doubt it's fake and intended to collect credit card details apparently to buy an upgrade or calling credits. Your card would then be cleaned out quicker than you can say "russian scammer"

This is very similar to the Fake "Adobe Acrobat reader upgrade" scam.

I know these warnings have been mentioned before but clearly some people still fall for them, so please don't fall for it
