Existing Halifax CC PPI

Good Evening

I have had PPI since I took out a halifax credit card in late 2003.

I was never sent any documentation to advise what I was covered for and in the last 5 or 6 weeks I have on two occasions asked them for documents to show what i'm covered for and also any exclusions. They claim to have sent these on two occasions but these have not been received.

The question is, I was waiting for sight of this information to establish whether or not the PPI is relevant to my circumstances before potentially cancelling and making a claim. My employment circumstances re sick pay and redundancy have been generous throughout the whole period.

Is it worth going ahead at this stage to cancel the PPI and making a claim as it seems they are non adherent with my request for the documents?
