Virgin Media V+ set top box

I got my new V+ box set up today but it didnt come with any user guides. Does anyone know if its possible to get one, also is it at all remotely possible to program the remote so as to adjust the volume and mute button?

also i do think i remeber readin somewhere that the user guides can be found actually on the tv itself ie not paper but readable on-screen BUT im like 40% sure and this is only me trying to remember so best wait for an answer form somebody who actually knows lol

It does have a user gide, but it is very limited, there is no mention about the remote control settings, or its technical specifications, I just want to enable the volume settings

There is a way to do it by using a special code I think. See the cable forum V+ Box section. There's a post specific to it somewhere around
