Average bill costs - 2 bed house
Hi,
Would someone be able to let me know average costs for a 2 bedroom semi detached house which has gas and electric (Gas central heating)
We currently live in a 2 bedroom flat which is completely reliant on electric and the bill is £90 a month.
The house we are moving into however is as my first part of this thread. Also, currently we just pay 1 water bill which covers everything (in and out). I know my parents pay for both water coming in and pay for water to be taken away
We live in the South East if that makes a difference?
If you could give me some sort of an idea of the following costs I'd be hugely grateful. I currently can't get a quote for contents/buildings insurance because we don't know enough information about the house we have under offer (roof type, year built etc)

Contents Insurance
Buildings Insurance
