Nursery worker told she HAS to eat with children

I wouldn't eat macaroni cheese for anyone.
I wouldn't be told by an employer what to eat either.
She needs to speak to the manager to say that although she doesn't mind sitting with the children, she will not be eating with them, as she is an adult and will choose when and what to eat.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
She does need to speak to the manager first. Perhaps she should say that she will sit with the children but eat her own lunch. If she is insisting that she eats exactly what the children eat, ask her to put in writing. Then take it to her union. The manager is being ridiculous. By the way, does she( manager) eat the same as the children?weight loss target 23lbs/49lb0

I presume the nursery do not pay her for her lunch hour, in which case, she's free to spend that time in her own way then and can eat her lunch off the premises and then say she's already eaten.11th Heaven prizes Number 103
