I just need a rant - I know no one really cares but there you go.
I am very annoyed. Being a pensioner and of limited funds I find it inexcusable that, due to no fault of mine, my order was not delivered. I would be quite happy for it to be delivered the following day but now find I have to wait 3 to 5 days before the money is returned to my account at which time I must then re-order. Not having sufficient funds to re-do my order now this means I go 3 to 5 days without food.
This is not acceptable.
