in Praise, vent & warnings
My son ordered some filters for my Digital SLR for my birthday. The three ordered arrived as the correct type but one was the wrong size (A size rather than P size) He emailed them but got no reply. Called them today and immediately received an apology as there are only 3 persons at this company so they can be snowed under.
They are sending the correct filter, a pre-paid envelope to return the wrong one and as an apology an additional star filter.
