Removed paintshop pro2

Cannot removed painshop pro 2 from my PC have tried many times but it will not budge for me, has anyone got any idea how I can removed this from myPC please.

Presume it's not uninstalling using 'add/remove programs' in control panel?

Thanks for link, I wanted to remove it without making a purchase, can it be done and what is they way to go about it as I cannot removed it from add/remove programme in the control panel.

The program is free. I've just remembered I've also used (and prefered) this one too.

Please back up anything important and make a restore point in 'system restore' first, just in case.

I recall the program has several modes - it tries standard uninstall first then more 'agressive' methods if it struggles, then does a 'clean up' afterwards.

Sorry, but I've not had cause to do this recently, but they do work and are fairly straightforward.
