i tried today to claim my ppi from first reponce finance,i got a car in 2002 and paid ppi on it,now ive tried to claim they have said that it is to late as it was more than 6 years ago, they told me the 6 year limit is from when i bought the ppi which was in 2002 and not when the account was still active in which the 6 year limit would be in time as that would mean in 2006 which the policy was still ative, ive ask them for a copy of my aggrement that they no longer have but have sent me a copy of my account which shows all the payments i had made plus how muchh ppi i had paid, does anyone think ive still got a claim.
