got ref numbers what do I do next?

I have today found reference numbers for my credit cards but dont know which had ppi on them, I think probably all but cant be sure so whats my next move?

    Look for the original paperwork which should indicate it, failing that get in contact with the credit firms and ask them, send a SARS.

    I just rang the companies up and asked if the product had ppi on them. The helpful ones were llyods tsb, Tesco, halifax, and northern Rock. I have sent SARS to HFC, Egg and Santender. The ones I contacted over the phone at later date took my complaint over the phone.
