I require a plasterer to patch some walls after tile removal, about half a days work at most. What would one expect to pay for this service.
Thank you.
Thank you.

Hi Swifty, my b/f's a plasterer but he's only just gone self employed so his prices are still really cheap.
How big are the walls etc.
Better still where abouts are you , he may be able to help you out.0 -
There is a user on here called nelly who is a plaster you could PM him for an idea of cost... though by his posts he's always having holidays so he may not be about much ! :-)0

Depends where in the country you are I guess. SE, is of course more expensive. Generally I normally expect to pay £200 +materials for a self employed plasterer. My sister just had a room approx 5m x 8m plastered for £250, but I think that was cheap.0

I'm sooooooooooooooooo glad I live in Wales I'd have heart attack paying the price above LOL.
If you live in Wales pm me and I'll put you in touch with a plasterer who'll do it for around £100 including materials (plaster only)0 -
I had my hallway (upstairs, downstairs and the stairs) totally replastered a couple of months ago.... cost £300!! But i live in the North of Scotland.
Unfortunately that plasterer has moved abroad and i want the sitting room skimming over....no idea how much that will be though.0 -
I'm learning to plaster at the moment and the plasterers I work with reckon on £14/hr

Jeez thats expensive Lush. I am in Berkshire and we have been using the same self employed plasterer for years and he has never charged us more than £150 for a room.Only 5% of those who can give blood, actually do!
